Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery
    1. Goods will normally be delivered within 3-5 workings days of dispatch.
    2. Your goods may arrive in more than one delivery.
    3. Free delivery is for UK Mainland only, if you are outside of this area and wish to place an order then email us for a delivery quote.
    4. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the courier company to leave goods unattended.
    5. Most of our products are weighty, therefore care must be taken when handling items to prevent injury.
    6. If there is no one to accept the delivery on the scheduled date, the goods may be returned to the courier depot and we reserve the right to charge you additional charges for re-delivery.
    7. If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched, we reserve the right to pass on extra charges which may occur for redirecting deliveries.
    8. Please check goods upon delivery, any damaged goods or found to be missing goods should be notified to the courier driver at the time of delivery.
  • Cancellation and Returns
    1. No reason has to be given for cancellation, however a short explanation will be appreciated to help improve the products we have to offer.
    2. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery, please email us if this is the case.

      If you do cancel, the goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation, you must ensure the goods are well packaged to protect against damage.

      Returns delivery and packaging is at your own expense.
    3. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in deterioration or damage, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
    4. We will refund all monies paid to us by you within 30 days.
  • Faulty Goods and Warranty
    1. If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email as soon as possible with details of the problem. It is helpful if you provide us with a digital image of the problem.
    2. All goods come with a two year warranty against faulty workmanship and materials. This however does not include warranty on paint finishes.
    3. If an exchange is necessary this will be arranged without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received back to us and checked.

      If goods are not faulty we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our postage costs.
    4. Goods should be protected against excessive water and heat contact.
  • How to Order
    1. You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product(s) you wish to buy and adding them to your basket. The basket will be via PayPal.
    2. We use PayPal for a secure checkout, payment can be made via your account or by Credit or Debit card.
    3. All prices shown on our website are in GBP.
    4. Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur addition charges and delays.
  • General
    1. When placing item(s) in your home, place in a space where it is not likely to be knocked over or off and cause injury.
    2. Most of our products are weighty, therefore care must be taken when handling items to prevent injury.
    3. All goods are hand made to order, although very similar no two items will be exactly the same.
    4. If goods require fitting to cupboards or walls etc. please get a professional to install item(s) in your home. It is down to fitter to determine if the surface fixing to is strong enough to withstand the weight and there are no cables or pipes behind.
